Rory was nice and seemed to know what he was doing. However my ice maker is not working at all. It makes ice but the agitator (or whatever it's called) doesn't turn on! I will be calling in another repair!
Cory showed up within his time window and gave us a heads up he was in his way in 35+ minutes. He was friendly, shared information on ways to save $$ and also provided information on how to improve the performance of my GE Profile Dishwasher. I will use this company again.

Michael Thomas was awesome. Got right in and immediately diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in no time. Super polite and explained the issue in an understandable way without being condescending.

Was very unpleased with our interaction. Called in for an unbalanced washing machine. Technician came out and diagnosed bad suspension rods as expected, while knowing that he did not have the 4 rods needed to complete the job, only 1. Charged us the whole cost of fixing without fixing and said he could not come back for a week. After speaking with a manager he resolved the payment issue besides the diagnostic fee, waiting on refund still. Not best practice to knowingly go to someone's home to fix an appliance without accessibility to the proper parts. Would have been more professional to give the customer a heads up and option to proceed or wait until parts were available.

Alex is absolutely amazing! This young man knows his stuff and is very personable. As a business owner myself, Alex’s customer service is some of the best I have come across. You are lucky as a company to have him and his representation of your company is stellar. With the difficulties in finding employees, hold on tight to him he is a great asset.

Anthony made it to our home even with our street being closed down. That's dedication! He was a super nice guy, knowledgeable, explained what he believed the issue to be & made a fairly quick fix. Our freezer seems to be back up & running fine so far.

Rory was awesome! He explained everything that needed to be done. He was patient with me needing to tend to my sick baby. He answered all of my questions and even closed the garage when he left while I was rocking and feeding my baby. In case I didn’t make my point clearly…RORY WAS ABSOLUTELY GREAT!!!!

From the very beginning with Cody on the phone to Mike’s visit, I felt confident this would be the place to go for all my appliance repair needs. Mike is very professional; as soon as he entered my home, he knew what to look for to pinpoint my appliance issues. At the end of the appointment I knew exactly what to expect next, when the new parts will be arriving, and a new timeline for the fix. Mike and the team behind the phones and texts are responsible and truly amazing communicators which really helps when you have had bad experiences with previous companies.

Alex and his trainee were amazing! Alex was super knowledgeable and very kind! He had awesome customer service skills. He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer as soon as he heard it 30 seconds into his visit and had the dryer part replaced, up and running in less than an hour. Highly recommend!
