Would not recommed for refridgerator repair. Our fridge stopped cooling on the bottom. Called and was charged the initial diagnosis fee. Parts were needed. A second trip from tech resulted in a differect diagnosis and different parts ordered. Fridge was freezing and cooling at this time but after tech left the ice maker stopped working but fridge was still freezing and cooling. When tech came on third trip he said it was the wrong part but he tore things apart and sleeved the ice maker fill tube and addded some insulation tape. Said he did not really know what was wrong - $150+ dollars later. After tech left we went outside. Came in for lunch and the fridge had stopped working completely. Called the tech and he said to unplug and reset. Fridge is kinda working - freezer is so so and bottom is somewhat cool. We just got back from buying a new fridge. Very frustrating.
Very professional, courteous and experts at what they do! I'm very happy with the level of customer service I receive each visit. Highly recommend!

Really I thought my washer was trash and we should just replace it because it was very old anyway but I decided to give a repair a try. The technician Regan did a great job of identifying what was making it sound like a jackhammer and clearly told me what would be involved in fixing it to make sure I wanted to invest that. He ordered the parts and fixed it so it is working better than it ever had before. If I have any problems with the dryer I am sure coming back to this shop!

Westside Appliance Repair is the only company that I use for any kind of appliance issues. They actually show up (imagine that in this day and age), diagnose, and do repairs at very reasonable rates. I can't recommend them enough!

Niccolo did an excellence job repairing and cleaning our fireplace. Once the parts came in, Niccolo came by to install the part and made sure I understood the process the whole way. Niccolo was honest, meticulous and was sure to keep my home clean. I appreciate the clear and open communication.
Thanks for the great work and recommendations, Niccolo!

Cleaned my dryer vent. Was on time, professional and courteous. I definitely had build up. Very reasonable pricing! Nicco is great! Even added my neighbors dryer vent clean out to his already built schedule.

Nicco worked at a site I partner with today and he is pleasant and courteous. This site switched over to West Side because they come when they say they will, are flexible, and get the job done quickly in comparison with competitors.

My landlord called someone to come check out my leaking dishwasher. Not sure the name of the guy, but he pulled it out and (from across the room) I notice some black specks on the lining. I ask is that dead bugs on there? My landlord (who has little experience with this stuff; that’s why she calls the pros) said she wasn’t sure. Repair guy kept quiet, did his thing behind the dishwasher with his LED headlamp strapped to his head. Says he fixed the leak and then tries to rush out of there quick as can be, and is kind of pushy about paying right now…couldn’t wait a couple seconds for me to point out the broken light to my landlord on her way out. My landlord and I note that it was kind of an awkward interaction, but figure it’s Friday, he just wants to be done with his work day.
So Saturday I open a cabinet next to my dishwasher and find black specks in there. I immediately connect the dots that it’s mouse poop, and what I saw on the dishwasher was mouse poop, and there’s probably more where that came from because that’s how mice work. So my boyfriend pulls out the dishwasher again and lo and behold there’s poop literally everywhere, and 2 dead crusty mice who have clearly been there for several months.
Now, is it the appliance repair guy’s job to alert us of dead mice and hundreds of pieces of poop after he pulls the entire dishwasher out of our counter? No. But is it something a good human would do instead of pretending he saw nothing? Obviously.
I get that dude wanted to go on about his workday, but it’s pretty pathetic of him to just choose to pretend it didn’t happen when we clearly had no idea about it. Poor customer service in that regard. Don’t know if my leak is fixed because now I’m waiting for an exterminator to come (super fun to have to deal with on the weekend when he could have just told us about it at 11am on Friday!)
