Stood in showroom for 15 minutes no one helped at all. Zero customers in the store and two employees walked into the office area and sat down not saying a word to me
Underwhelming experience at Daltile in Urbandale to say the least. I knew they didn't sell to the public before walking into to the showroom but my contractor uses them as a supplier so I thought I'd check it out to see what they had to offer. Two different employees made it very clear that they don't sell to the public......yes, I understand and they should keep this business practice in place. Find what you want and let your contractor know.....and we have a catalog online with more options was the helpful service I received. I was able to ask a few inconvenient questions before the employee scurried back to the back room. A much more friendly, enjoyable and helpful experience is Kate-Lo Tile, right across the street.

They had everything I needed. Bill was great to work with. He knew what I needed from a couple of pictures.

Best tile supply company in central Iowa ! I buy all my installation tools there also . Their employees are very knowledgable and friendly
