We had our kitchen floor replaced and living room floor refurbished. Ryan assisted us in picking out the right style of flooring and even allowed us to take samples home to compare to our cabinets. The kitchen installation was very quick! The resurfacing of the living rooms floors took a few days, but it was well worth the wait. The millwork that was added to complete the job was above average. The price was a little above what we wanted to spend, but again... it was a quality job. Only drawback was the people doing the work did not offer to wear masks during this pandemic time, but the work was still 5 stars. See photos to judge for yourself. We are satisfied customers!!!

Stay away at all costs! They never gave me the rugs I paid for when I spent 3k plus there. I have called several times and no one will call you back. The person who installed my carpet also did not clean up all the loose carpet. * Dave reached out to me after my review and several unsuccessful attempts to contact the company. Dave delivered the rugs that I paid for and made sure I was taken care of.

Ryan was exceptional from beginning to end! We had several moving pieces and he coordinated everything smoothly and efficiently. We replaced all of our flooring on the main level (LVP mostly and 2 rooms carpet) and had new countertops and backsplash installed. Ryan responded to every question/concern I had immediately. The end result was exactly what I hoped it would be. I will definitely use Heritage again in the future when I'm ready to tackle our next job.

Ryan was patient and we took our time selecting and setting the installation. Having been in flooring for 15 years or so he knew I was going to be "selective" on the installation and Robert did a fantastic job start to finish. Very professional and he even showed up a few minutes early for a 7:00 AM appt so I was impressed from the get go.
