We used Royal Flooring to do the flooring for our new house. Within a few days of moving in, we noticed that the grout in our shower started to dissolve. It turns out they initially used black grout and then realized their error so they tried to remove the grout and cover it up with the gray grout we asked for. Not only did we have the issue with the grout, but also some of the gaps between tiles are almost as wide as my finger and in other spots the tiles are basically touching. These tiles come in mesh sheets and you can clearly see where the sheets were pieced together. It looks really bad! When we brought this up to Royal Flooring, initially they said "don't worry, we'll make sure it's fixed at no charge." It's now been almost 3 months since we moved in and the last conversation I had with Johnny (supposed owner), his solution was to put a little more grout on top and call it good. I asked him if he would be satisfied with this work in his house and obviously he avoided answering the question. We spent almost $20k with Royal Flooring and this is the quality of work and customer service that you get. Update after Royal Flooring reply: yes these tiles were bought from a different store and were approved by Royal Flooring to be installed. I still have some left over sheets and they are all very uniform. The lines don't vary by more than 1/8". Also, I have uploaded another photo of the text conversation with the owner saying showing that he was going to purchase the replacement tiles and schedule the work to be done.

Whilecarpet being laid a piece of tile was broke in bathroom. Found after they left. Our grandson stepped on a raised tack in a doorway. Several areas that carpet is shedding.

This was my first time using Royal Flooring. From the beginning, to delivery, to install I’m incredibly pleased. Our refrigerator for our business needed replaced as soon as possible. Jeff Judge was immediately on it, he is knowledgeable and prompt. He found the refrigerator I was looking for and it was IN STOCK, Hallelujah! The transaction was smooth and painless compared to previous situations with other appliance companies. I interacted briefly with Caleb when Jeff was out, he provided an updated date and time frame on my delivery, he was just as great. How often do you have a smooth transaction when ordering appliances? 9 out 10 times I dread every minute of it, something ALWAYS goes wrong.. therefore I’m not easily impressed, however Jeff and the rest of his team nailed it! Even the two delivery drivers were professional and considerate. I was impressed on how fast they were in and out, I highly recommend Royal Flooring.

Go see Sue W. @ Royal Flooring she was the best!! The selection was great, the service was better, the price was significantly lower than others in town and online with the same product. I was also surprised they sold cabinets, stone countertops and appliances!! My last purchase was a single tube of caulk, Sue took the time to match the color to my sample and treated me like I was buying thousands of dollars in flooring! Small or large Royal Flooring treats you with respect! Try getting an orange apron at HD to assist you in the flooring department sometime! I almost forgot, rapid delivery and installation of the products!! Installers were super efficient and professional!!! Thanks again Royal Flooring and Sue!!
