The cable on my garage door snapped, and my garage door came off it's rails, hanging crooked and halfway open with no way to open or shut it. As a single woman with children I had scary visions of big dollar signs flashing in my head to have something like this repaired quickly. I did a quick google search for my area and called Todd, having never used his services before. He quoted me a price and was out to my house within a few hours. The garage door fixed in less than a half an hour for under $200. My kids and I are relieved and I am thankful!

Over the Thanksgiving weekend, I thought I had damaged my garage door opener to the point where replacement was inevitable. I called them and they asked me to send photos of the issue. They managed to diagnose my issue over the phone and help me fix the issue at no charge. Full disclosure, it was user error on my part. They took no advantage of that. Key point - this company is one of the few that has actual ethics. Please understand: This level of assistance and honesty is atypical of most businesses. Issues are not always easily identified and repaired over the phone. Despite my issue being fixed with two phone calls and a couple photos, you may still need a technician to diagnose your issue. Their honesty and care will assuredly make me return to them when I have more work.
