We recently had our basement floor redone by Hello Garage after having our basement waterproofed. It went from a useless, wet dungeon in a very old house to a beautiful modern useable area. We had never thought about using this type of garage flooring on our cracked cement basement floor, but are so glad we did!! The workers were so professional and did not leave until the basement was finished and perfect to our standards, plus their work area was totally cleaned up. They were very polite, went out of their way to get our feedback all along the process, yet were so unobtrusive as to not bother our normal daily routine. We give them a 10 out of 10!
The flooring is absolutely gorgeous, thicker and of a better quality than other garage type flooring out there. It will last a very long time. We are so happy we chose Hello Garage and highly recommend it. You won't be disappointed.
Hello Garage installed a polyaspartic floor in my garage. They did a fantastic job keeping the area clean and the floor is perfect.

I'm always a bit hesitant to leave a review before the job is done. However the delay is due to weather. The job was for the front porch and the back patio. The porch is done minus a slight touch up on a 2 inch edge and possibly some clear coat on the edges close to house. The installers (Larry & Brendan (sp?)) Were friendly and had good communication and willing to answer any questions. There was a slight delay due to need to contact a manager (Kevin) due to differences between discussion and work order but was resolved quickly and amicably. The color is off from samples and is more grey than bronze (platinum bronze) but i like the color. I think it looks great and no slip surface feels great. I would recommend their services. I will update if possible or add a 2nd review when part 2 is done.

I had my garage floor, stem wall, and steps to the garage covered with Polyaspartic floor coating (Platinum Flooring Collection). The crew from Hello Garage called before coming and arrived on time. The process was explained and they welcomed and answered all of my questions. Larry is highly skilled and a master in his work specialty! The crew worked diligently all day from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. (which included the drying time of the different layers). What impressed me the most was how the damage ("nukes and crannies") near the exterior of the garage floor was repaired and the entire floor was restored to a smooth finish before the different layers of the polyaspartic coat were applied. This crew was neat, clean, organized, efficient, and cared for my property. When they left, my property was spotless. They were professional, skilled, respectful, and had a friendly and pleasant demeanor. My garage floor looks fabulous ! Thank you Larry and Brenden !

Cannot recommend Hello Garage enough. From the first communication, they were professional and quick to reply. The quote was quick and easy and had a great presentation about their services. The crew that came out to install the new floor was respectful and kind. Very easy to work with and always answered my question directly and allowed space for follow-ups if needed.
