This was my first time working with Luke Skinner and his Iowa Land Company team and it was 5 stars all the way. Luke is incredibly knowledgable about the Dexter, IA area (just east of Des Moines in Madison County) - he priced and positioned the property just right. He was very proactive about getting my listing up with well produced drone video that showed off the property well. Sales copy also very informative and snappy. Within days of publishing the listing, I received inquiries and we closed 60 days later. Smooth sailing all the way. I'll definitely rely on Luke and his team in the future.
Luke Skinner and his brothers were fantastic to work with for the sale of an 80. They are fully commited to the farmland industry and have taken the necessarily steps personally and technology wise to be current and relavent with all their marketing and sales processes. Matt Skinner sold land for me in Iowa. I was pleased with the price of the sale but more importantly I was pleased with the service and responsiveness I received from Matt. He always contacted me or answered my question within an hour of my contact with him.

We advertised a property for lease and Nick reached out to me as he was interested in managing the property for us. He did everything that we asked of him and more. Ultimately we decided to list the property with Nick and the Iowa Land Company. The process was easy to navigate and we had multiple offers. As out of state owners it was important to have someone to handle all the details and Nick did just that. He was honest , trust worthy and kept us up to date on a regular basis. We eventually sold two properties with Nick and the Iowa Land Company . If we decide to buy again , Nick will be our first call.
