I don't want to slam them too hard, because they were willing to fix their mistakes, but I had a totally infuriating experience with CertaPro that dragged on for over a month until my concerns were mostly resolved. The painter who did the project leaned his ladder on my new gutters and stair railing and scratched the finish on both of them. He also did an extremely messy job trimming around the windows, and got paint all over the aluminum window wraps. When I pointed this out, he attempted to remove the paint and scratched the finish off of the window wraps. It was overall just a sloppy job. There is paint overspray on my driveway, paint drips on the patio, brush marks outside of the lines of the trim, etc. I was most concerned about my window wraps, since I had no way to touch up the factory finish on those. CertaPro was professional about contacting the contractor that did them originally and getting them replaced. They paid in full to re-wrap the affected windows. I was still asked to pay full price for the painting project when all was said and done. I decided not to argue and just be done with it. It was overall a disappointing experience, and I would recommend looking elsewhere for your painting needs if you would like to find your house in the same condition you left it.
