Mollie has been fantastic to work with from design to adjusting for our budget as we work on our basement bar. We have CLF cabinets on our main floor that are 3 years old and they’ve held up great - even with young kids.
Sheer incompetence and gross negligence sums up my first experience with CKF or CFK, it does not matter because I will not be recommending them anyways.
I am just glad that my is just one toe kick, it would have been a catastrophe if it was a $20,000 kitchen.
Communication is poor, logistics is poorer, attention to detail was Almost non existent as they misspelled the street address and even after correction, still no product when they said they delivered it.

Working with CKF for our cabinets was a breeze from start to finish coming from a picky consumer. They stand behind their products which means a lot and have been super helpful as issues have come up even over a year later. Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Abby Woodward-Wallig is the best! She was fantastic to work with; helping me with decisions from start to finish. My cabinets, quartz countertop and hardware are beautiful - I love my kitchen! Patience is required during the pandemic, but it was all worth it.

Excitement turned to sadness and disappointment. Almost immediately I was steered toward their lowest priced cabinets with minimal finish options. I'm not saying anything was wrong with the cabinets but I wanted other colors, I think it was pretty evident that I wasn't happy. Even after I inquired about other finishes, the person there didn't price it out for me, I think because they believed I couldn't afford it. They never asked what my budget was. Not verbatim but it was one of those" I could price it out for you but it's going to be out of your price range anyway so I'd rather not waste my time" that is the impression I got when speaking to them. I was embarrassed and felt like I didn't belong in their showroom, I almost left middle consult but didn't want to be rude.

I would never do business with this company again. It's the company our builder sent us to. The designer was not helpful and she would not return my phone calls I had to get the Builder involved to have a return to my calls. Then we had a drawer where the sliding mechanism was broke and we didn't notice it till we went to install the hardware so I called the designer and she said she didn't have a clue what to do so she sent me to the service department. He returned my call the next day and said the designer should have just gone ahead and ordered that for me but that he would order it and come on out and replace it. That's been a month ago and I've heard nothing since from anyone. Spent several thousand in cabinets.

Our Cambria Quartz counters are absolutely beautiful. Our designer was superb to work with, however when installed, there were several problems. The major disappointment was the counter next to our small wall by the sink was measured or installed wrong with a 1/4 inch space. The original person who measured came, did try to fix it by adding some crushed stone but it does not look right. As expensive as the counters purchased, we are still not real happy with the end results, therefore only give a 3 star rating..
