I recently had Apple Roofing come and look at my roof. They showed up shortly after initial contact, discussed everything with me and were here for insurance adjuster inspection. Once the claim went through the whole process was really quick and smooth. Clint was amazing to work with! He was in contact with me through it all and answered any questions I had. I also had gutters done through them. I'm so pleased with the entire process. Thank you to everyone at Apple Roofing to make this a very pleasant experience!
I’ve worked with Apple Roofing for years through job and have always been pleased with communication, workmanship, time frames, etc. But it wasn’t until I worked with them to replace the roof of my own home that I fully grasped how AWESOME they are. Coordination and communication were TOP NOTCH. The crew was PHENOMENAL. The timeline/speed of the project was UNBELIEVABLY fast. And attention-to-detail throughout was OUT OF THIS WORLD. I work with a LOT of vendors on a daily basis and I can say without hesitation that Apple is EXCEPTIONAL! 5+ stars!

Apple roofing was great to work with for my shingles and siding. Michael Schroeder was very good at communicating and was at my house within 1-2 minutes of when he said he would be there. Very punctual. Would definitely work with him again.

We had an excellent experience with Apple Roofing, roofing was done well, also the cleaning up after was done well. Apple Roofing from Des Moines Ia representative Clinton and the roofing crew started and finished in one day with the exception that two skylights were bad and needed to be replaced. Clinton did work with myself and found replacements. Soon after the roof was done the crew came to install new gutters and Clinton inspected with us and one little problem was corrected fast. We were very happy with the outcome.

I had a great experience with Daniel Oselette at Apple Roofing. He worked tirelessly for months to ensure I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket for new siding on my rental property, handling everything with my insurance company. Daniel’s communication was excellent, keeping me informed throughout the process. The quality of the work is outstanding, and my property looks fantastic. I highly recommend Daniel and Apple Roofing for their dedication and top-notch service. I couldn’t recommend Daniel more!

We had a tree fall on our house and garage during a storm. Daniel came out right away to take pictures and assess the damages to help with filing a claim. Professional and very informative. We appreciated his help and guidance through that whole process.

My roof has taken a lot of abuse by the numerous hail storms we’ve experienced here in central Iowa this past couple of years. Daniel Oselette from Apple Roofing has been explaining some repair options available to me. Last Tuesday morning during a downpour a leak developed in my living room ceiling. I called Daniel for some advice, and he suggested I go to my attic, find the leak, and catch the rainwater with a bucket.. I did and was able to avert any ceiling damage. Later he called to warn me that a huge storm was heading my way with dangerous high winds and more rain. He showed up as the storm approached and helped me apply a patch to prevent any water damage… The storm hit as we finished, we took refuge in my basement as the tornado sirens went off and we lost power. When the storm passed Daniel sent his drone up to find where the power lines were damaged so we could help the power company locate and send their repair crew. He went above and beyond, Apple Roofing will definitely be the company I will use for my roof repair.

I highly recommend Apple roofing as a very trustworthy roofing company. I have worked with Apple roofing on a couple separate occasions and each time they have proven to be very reliable and efficient and prices were very competitive . Sales Manager Bob Baldwin was excellent to work with he is very customer friendly and willing to go that extra mile for you ! Bob also communicated with me regularly so I knew what was happening and what to expect. Bob was always available both via phone and on-site to make certain I was comfortable with the work being completed.

The people who came to my house initially to ask if I’d like to have a free roof inspection, were polite and not pushy at all. It was nice to visit with them. Devon, who did the inspection, was very considerate. He contacted me to let me know that he was running late, and I appreciated that. He also was friendly, professional and honest. He told me there were a few minor problems with my roof, but nothing major that needed to be addressed at this time. I never felt any pressure on me to do anything I wasn’t ready to do. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.
