Wonderful experience, they are friendly and give u honest opinion, I been here a few times but today had a last minute issue with my carrier apu and they took me in had me fixed in just 2 hrs, I was completely satisfied
Good company to bring your semi to get fixed, a lot of inteligent and friendly people will get u in and out fast

Last minute brake chamber problem, arrived without warning and they got me in, and I was out of there in an hour and half. Appreciated that for sure

My Driver called Interstate to come come work on his reefer unit. Before I get into it. This was a road call.
Mechanic arrived, realized it needed a defrost switch and the evap cleaned out.
Mechanic couldn't change the defrost switch and couldn't clean the evap due to the trailer being loaded. Mechanic got it to run with a manual defrost.
That being said.
4 Hours Labor 720.00
Road call Fee 200.00
Mileage 106 miles at 3.00 a mile
Shop supplies 132.20
Tech service 64.40
Tax 99.58
Total Bill 1522.18
My Freaking attorney doesn't even get this for a hourly rate.

I understand a road service call should be more money but this is ridiculous. Absolutely Absurd. I urge anyone to stay away. I would give this -100 stars if I could
