Recently had a new HVAC installed by Lozier Heating and Cooling. The two installers did an excellent job in a very timely manner! They took great care coming in and out of our home and when they were finished they cleaned up and left our home just like they found it.
After a week of operation, the new thermostat and control board installed in the furnace, stopped communicating properly.
Two Lozier techs were dispatched to our home and took care of this problem.
All the Lozier folks, both system installers and repair techs were professional and courteous. They also took time when finished with servicing our needs, to ensure we understood how to operate our new HVAC system.
My wife and I highly recommend Lozier for your HVAC needs.

They’ll gladly take your money to install a hot water heater but then tell you they won’t work on it after it goes out in one year…
Don’t make it sound like I’m the impatient one with your sorry we couldn’t get you taken care of quickly. You straight up told me no you won’t come look at it. And then continued to explain how lots of companies will install hot water heaters and not service them. Then referred me to a plumber with not stellar reviews. But all is good I know not to use your company again and Golden Rule got a truck to me in under an hour.

I was very impressed with Gavin’s technical and customer service skills. He was so patient and attentive, He did a great job answering all my questions and concerns, helping me better understand the root cause for the bad ventilation upstairs. He made sure to thoroughly check all vents in every room of the house. And best of all, he provided a solid action plan, with easy steps, on how I could improve the air ventilation on all floors. Small changes that have made a big difference. Thanks so much for your excellent service, Gavin.

I have been a Lozier customer for over 30 years. This company provides excellent service. They are also very responsive when there is an emergency. They have replaced the HVAC systems in two houses I have owned as well as provided yearly routine maintenance. They are good about reminding their customers when it is time to check out the furnace and A/C unit. Royce completed the inspection of my A/C unit recently. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this company.

I called to set an appointment for our spring-summer tuneup and because Lozier had an opening, I got one this afternoon. Lozier techs are always knowledgeable and friendly. We’re long-time customers and remain pleased with Lozier service.

Excellent customer service. We called Lozier and Ryan came to our home the very same day. Service techs were here the next day and completely installed both furnace and air conditioner. The techs (Jeff) was most helpful and knew exactly what he was doing. Ryan gave us as many rebates as he could which saved us quite a bit of money. We would highly recommend Lozier.

I contacted, Lozier on their website about my AC acting up. By the next morning, they had arranged for tech, Logan to come out and inspect everything. After diagnosing the problem, it made more sense to replace my 18 year old unit, so I was put in touch with consultant, Ryan who was able to come out that same day. After looking at my system and existing equipment, Ryan was able to give me a variety of proposals the next morning that fit both my budget and comfort needs. Ryan made himself available with my crazy work schedule to answer a number of questions and walk though the pros and cons of all the systems that were recommended to me. When install came, technicians, Austin and Jeremy arrived prompt and prepared. Both were courteous and polite. Jeremy even went the extra mile and explained all of the changes that took place with equipment inside my home and what to expect moving forward. All members of the team that I encountered were awesome and personable. If you are looking for great customer service and quick responses, you should look no further. I can’t thank this team enough… They really took the anxiety, stress, and worry out if costly HVAC repairs and replacements.
