Pricey as hell for a solution but timely, kind, and helpful. Cut straight to the point. Just told me it’s Easier to buy a new unit then replace what needs done on my unit. I said “easier for who to buy a unit costing 5-10grand ? ”That’s a month salary for me to have cold air.

Im kinda upset that a 90$ visit from holt ended in a quote of 4-10 THOUSAND DOLLARS but he was kind and he showed up first thing in the morning. He was friendly and professional. I just thought it was going to cost a few hundred dollars not a minimum of 4000 dollars on a quote to have my ac working again. Im surprised that there isn't a couple of parts he could've replaced or do anything else except work for 10 minutes and tell me you’re gonna need to spend as much as you would on a car to have your AC back on… Well i better get to finding a buyer for one of my cars so i don't sweat to death….

They cleaned everything up-there was no mess, showed us all about our new system and even helped me set up the app on my phone for the thermostat. We needed a stool leakage repair fixed and flooring replaced in a bathroom. We’re 100 percent glad that we called Holt for an estimate, and then to do the repair work and install the new flooring. We appreciated Chuck and Jordan’s friendliness and expertise! They were delightful to work with! Holt is a reliable and professional company. Chuck provided us with good advice before we started making decisions. Jordan made many trips up and down our stairs to do a truly beautiful job. It looks great!
