We called to report a problem with our hot water heater. They dispatched a technician and we had their service within an hour. A hot water heater replacement had to be made. This all was done within a four hour period! Excellent customer service. We highly recommend them if ever needed!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink, turns out it was a busted pipe! Jason did a fantastic job getting to the pipe and fixing it. It was in a finished basement, and I'm so grateful at how careful he was to keep the carpet in good condition. Awesome guy and Great service!

Very poor customer service from Wayne Rhiner Plumbing!!! Visited me for 10 minutes for an estimate, charged me a $65 trip charge. I had to wait for Home Warranty approval, then tried calling Rhiner's on a Friday at 4:30 pm, no answer, voice mail box full, no way to reach after hours or on the weekend, even though they say available 24 hrs.

I moved from Florida to Iowa during record breaking temperatures ?? ?. An inspector from a different company assured me my heat tape for the water pipes was sufficient, that I would have running water this winter. That company was wrong. A Rhiner employee actually showed up during 35° below wind chill temperatures within hours of my plumbing freezing to help. I'm grateful but need a coupon for the next visit if any. Mother nature won the battle that week.

I have used them twice now! Once for a simple clogged drain, they were able to come out same day and fix the issue. The second time I also thought it was a clogged drain. Turned out my pipe had broken 25 feet in! They got me taken care of within a reasonable time and price came back at what I was quoted. Very happy with their service and I will be using them in the future for any plumbing needs
