When Austin first made contact with us, we looked at various options and settled on what we wanted done, e.g. installing the shingles, sprucing up the ugly flashing around the chimneys that a prior roofer left, repaired the sagging patio roof where it connected to the house and totally rebuilt, strengthened, and of course shingled the patio roof to better than before. The photos show the Before, During, and Nearly Completed phase of the job. All told we are VERY pleased with the outcome. Everything we asked for was met with top quality materials and workmanship plus everything was completed in a day and a half. Cleanup went from a disaster all around the house to no sign they had ever been there. Well done! Thank you

We have been using HomePro Solutions for three years and will never call anyone else. They are trustworthy, reasonably priced and do a great job. A couple of years ago they came out to quote the repair of two skylights and wound up fixing them on the spot instead. Most recently we had a home inspection and the inspector found that the trusses had not been repaired properly by the previous owner. Justin come out the same day I called him, to check out the issues, and he had a crew out the next day to do the repair. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

I have never had a better experience with a contractor than I did with Justin Vail at HomePro. Justin kept me informed and answered all my questions. When I called or texted he almost always got back to me the same day. Their price was reasonable and they showed up and finished the repairs on schedule. They stayed on schedule and within their estimate even though they wound up with some unexpected work and materials to fix some problems they could not see until they had the roof off. We were dealing with The Hartford insurance company and their adjuster way under estimated the cost of the repairs. It was a real struggle to get them to pay the claim. Without Justin's help I don't think they would ever have given us a reasonable settlement. HomePro waited over two months until we could finally get the insurance company to settle the claim before they billed us for the balance. Their work and customer service was top notch. I would recommend them without any reservation.
