The most honest repairman I have ever met. Tells it like it is. My wife and I were truly pleased with his work and manner. Took out all the other repairman`s calling card and just added his. Give him a try and you will understand. Also, you will just like this guy.

I'm a little behind on reviewing Jesse and his team at The Appliance Co. They came out to do a repair on the dishwasher and were thorough in communication and letting me know what to anticipate with the timeline and work, as well as what options I had. When I called with questions after the work was completed, they were quick to address them. Overall, great customer service that helps when you have unexpected issues around the house. I also recommended them to my coworker who had questions about his range and he's had a great experience with the Appliance Co as well.

This is the second time using The Appliance Co. and I won't use anyone else. Justin did a great, thorough job. He was honest and even gave us recommendations on what appliance we should get. (Our washer was beyond repair as the parts aren't made anymore). So helpful!

The Tech Jesse was very nice, professional and repaired our dryer quickly. Communicated before when they would be here and probably best of all they didn't put stickers all over our appliances which Codys does without permission.

My washing machine broke on Sunday. The door wouldn't unlock and I had a bunch of wet, washed clothes in the washing machine. I called The Appliance Company on Monday morning feeling very stressed. A technician came out on Tuesday, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote and ordered the part. On Wednesday I got a call the part was in and my washing machine was fixed on Thursday. Zack, the technician that fixed my washing machine, kept me aware the whole time of what was going on and even put my clothes in the dryer for me since I was at work. The woman I spoke to on the phone on Monday was also incredibly helpful and made sure someone was able to come out. This was outstanding service! Scott Slonim

We had just moved back to the Wood River Valley when our clothes dryer went out. The Appliance Company was recommended in our area by two contractors and 4 friends before calling them for our repair. We called The Appliance Company and had an appointment scheduled quickly with full explanation of the process, repair person estimated cost of diagnostic as well as applied fees to repair if needed. Billy, the repairman called us ahead of the scheduled window and show up on time. He quickly summarized the issues, estimated costs and shared his view of choices to repair or purchase another dryer given the year and cost of repairs. All set and yes, we would recommend as well as call again for Appliance repair.

Extremely satisfied with the service we had two days ago. Telephone follow up was what I expect, and service was scheduled promptly. In addition, Justin arrived ahead of schedule with a "heads up" phone call, and diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes. Round tripped to get the part needed and the refrigerator/freezer were once again up and running. Will highly recommend this company!
