Mr Appliance installed a new dishwasher and garbage disposal for me. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He took out the old ones and replaced both in no time at all. I will call them the next time I need an appliance replaced/repaired.

Our dishwasher would not work, and I did not have the ability to do the repairs. Thankfully it was recommended to call Mr. Appliance. I was so impressed how quickly they could schedule the appointment for the next day and then the technician, Matt, called and asked to come earlier. He was prompt in his arrival. He went to work on the dishwasher. He quickly found the problem and was able to make the repairs. Matt made sure to take care of our house while he was working, I was impressed with his knowledge and ability to solve the problem. Thank you. I would definitely call them again.

Steven O'Berry of Mr. Appliance was very professional, knowledgable, and best of all, thorough. I'd had another repairman come in and look at the machine for 10 minutes and tell us the motor was dead. I didn't trust that diagnosis so I called Mr Appliance, and Steven took the time to actually pull the machine out, diagnose the actual problem (drain pump) while showing me the broken part and then gave me a fair quote. I highly recommend this company. BTW - Don't buy Kitchen Aid dishwashers. "Top-of-the-line" model only lasted me 3 years. Total garbage.
