I bought a Husqvarna zero turn mower. I had steering issues before the warranty was up. When I called to get an appointment to have it checked I was told the warranty didn't cover the steering. After looking at the rods on the steering controller they were put on wrong. I think it should have been covered. You need to improve customer service also the lady I talked to was rude.

Ari is amazing! I called in asking about a riding lawn mower and she was super helpful and kind enough to explain everything to me so I didn't feel lost. They offer free delivery I think for residents in Blackfoot. That was awesome. I came back later that week with my husband and bought all the mower accessories ? Spent a good chunk of change there so she didn't charge me for set up on my equipment. Excellent customer service and they have loyal customers from now on!
