John and Spencer came and totally replaced our jacuzzi tub in the master bathroom with a new walk-in shower in one day. It looks awesome, very modern and makes our bathroom look much bigger now! Well done guys! John and Spencer were great to deal with all day keeping us informed of everything happening and even inviting us to take pictures of the process. Thank you Bath Fitter of Boise!
This is our 2nd time we have used Bath Fitters to redo our main bathroom this time! They are professional and do a wonderful job with the installation. And the nice thing it’s all done in one day. The product is great. They did our master bath last year and we are so pleased with it. I would highly recommend Bath Fitters. Our installer John was great!

Start to finish, everyone was extremely professional! Scheduling all took place exactly as they said, with excellent communication, which is difficult to find these days. All the work is done to code, with very high standards And the best part, our new shower is absolutely beautiful! Andrew, the installer did very impressive work, was friendly, professional, careful, easy to work with.

Bath Fitter did an amazing job for us! Our boys' shower/tub combos were 20+ years old and just looked icky. It was embarrassing to have guests stay with us! Everyone we worked with from Bath Fitter was professional, accommodating, prompt, helpful and kind. Our estimator, Rob, really knew the product, and he was very helpful with the design and options for us. Olga, the Office Manager, was great about keeping us in the loop with regard to our project, answers to questions, and scheduling. Our Installers, Tony and Spencer, were super! They arrived right on time and worked until each of the showers was finished. All in one day! The difference is stunning! We highly recommend Bath Fitter and their team of professionals!

Oh my goodness. Tony was amazing! Very on task. Our house is older, on a concrete slab. It caused additional time and effort, but Tony was professional thru it all. He did a beautiful job. I would totally recommend Bath Fitter and Tony. If the rating scale goes to 10, I would give Tony a 12!!

I would highly recommend Bath Fitter. They did a great job on replacing our shower in just eight hours. Andrew and John were very professional, friendly and always checking with us to see how we wanted everything done. After they left, other than a new shower, you could hardly tell they had even been here. Very little clean up. Great job, guys!

Just had one of two showers completed by Wade. The Master shower looks amazing!! Wade went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right.
Update: Just had my second bathroom completed by Wade. My guest bathroom was a shower/bath combo and it looks incredible! The attention to detail and lack of mess, that I just had a shower demo and install, was very much appreciated. Would highly recommend Bathfitters and Wade to anyone looking to have a shower/bath install.

We hired Bath Fitters for a shower replacement job. John Brown was our contractor for the job and did an excellent job. He surveyed the existing tub/shower that needed to be removed and went straight to work. He set up shop, tore out the tub/shower, and replaced it with a walk-in shower. He knew exactly what to do, kept a clean workspace and was very friendly & professional. We give John Brown a 5-star review for his work. Thank you for the professionalism.

Today John and Andrew gave me the bath tub of my dreams! They are bath wizards! Not only did they completely transform my bath (in 8 hours!!!) but they also did so with such kindness (and a sprinkle of humor). The whole experience with Bath Fitters of Idaho has been amazing! Darrin came to our home and gave us our estimate to replace a bathtub. He was friendly and informative regarding our options.
Wade is the installer that came to our house and installed our new bathtub in one day. Wade was professional and friendly and he answered any questions questions we had.
I would recommend Bath Fitter of Idaho to anyone that needed a new bathtub or shower.

I am glad I chose Bath Fitter for my bathroom project. It is a definite improvement from the tile that had been installed. The installer did an excellent job and was very thorough explaining the do’s and don’ts in the care of the shower wall. He installed a shower guard I had to keep the shower spray inside the shower curtain. Thank you so very much, Wayne.

I had two bathroom installations. One a tub with new shower install and sliding door. The other a new shower and door. Both were done in a professional and timely manner. The tub and shower were of sturdy material, not cheap and flimsy. The workers were courteous and made sure I was satisfied with the work they did. I would recommend this company.

Darrin was very helpful with picking out our new tub/shower for our house. I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get us scheduled for installation.
