We have used this company twice and we are so thankful. Their team and all sub contractors worked hard to restore our home. Jason was our contact and he was amazing to work with. The entire team worked to deliver us a level of service and care that made us feel like we had friends who cared restoring our home. Would recommend them to anyone needing their service. A very strong locally founded and lead company.
I recommend Master Restoration for your house upgrades or needs. Master Restoration helped us when we discovered a sudden damage sewer pipe in our house. George and Dustin did a great job working on my house. I cannot forget Jason, he is great help and is very knowledgeable on what he does. His communication and guidance skills are excellent. Thank you Master Restoration.

We really hope you never have to meet folks from Master Restoration but that being said if you ever need to have mitigation for a significant leak and damage you will be lucky to have Master Restoration do the work. We were panicked and stressed when Connor and Jason from MR showed up. They immediately put us at ease telling us “we got this “ and they did! They explained to us the entire process. Dustin the job supervisor kept us informed and from the moment his crew showed up we knew we were in good hands. Everyone we dealt with from Connor and Jason at the top to every crew member was professional, courteous and competent doing a good job and answering all our questions and concerns. We appreciated Jason “fighting” with the insurance company. His patience dealing with the insurance company was amazing. We appreciate the reassurance, professionalism and QUALITY of Master Restoration.

I wanted to give a huge thank you to Jason and the crew at Master Restoration. Specifically JT for his very detailed work, along with Ben and David.
They tackled a large cleanup on a remodel I was doing and got my build moving again. The crew worked carefully and left the space not only mold free but cleaner than they found it.
We even had a bit of a larger scope than the original bid accounted for but they honored the bid price. In all I’m very impressed and would happily recommend them to anyone needing mold issues addressed.
