Absolutely effortless and amazing interaction with Restoration Heroes. They were so quick to respond when we had a water emergency in our home. Their communication with us and kind demeanor when in our home has made this a MUCH easier experience. Although I hope we don't need them in the future, they will 100% be the first people we call!

Carl and Rachael were a Godsend on our job: literally saved our lives! We had toxic levels of black mold discovered in our crawlspace and under the master bathroom floor: also showed up in blood tests. They came highly recommended from our home inspector, and they lived up to the recommend in every way. They are prompt, professional, dedicated, detailed and thorough. They have an extensive background in disaster clean up (fire/water/mold remediation) and have the integrity to do the job correctly the first time. They took great care to close off all air flow sources to keep the spores from transferring, using HEPA filter vacs and careful removal techniques to protect us in our environment. They taped off the floor in all areas where they walked and hauled off debris, plus sealed off all areas they were working in. They got us through the entire process from remediation to re-installing new insulation and vapor barrier in the crawl space, as well as working with our contractor and our insurance adjuster for the rebuild/repairs. A follow up inspection with labs revealed No lingering exposures from Any of the areas they worked in. I can't recommend them highly enough! Sarah And Gary Taylor, Boise, ID

I would give more stars if I could! Restoration Heroes went above and beyond for me and my family. Our very large job required the utmost skill and attention to detail. We had experience with other remediators previously, and they paled in comparison. RH has integrity and will only stop once the job is done and the mold is gone! While taking every precaution to protect my family. I recommend them to anyone in need of restoration. RH should be your first and only call!

Great company to work with, came out super fast after my leak & was very communicative & helpful along the entire process. Super glad we went with this company. I’ve never been through this process before dealing with leaks, insurance, mold, ect. They came in & sanitized everything, got all the mold & moisture out & helped us through the entire process & we can’t be more grateful! Thank you guys

Restoration Heroes really were heroic! They cleaned up and dried out the flood in our rental property in a timely way. They got us an estimate quickly to repair the damages, worked with us through the insurance adjuster process, jumped on the repairs quickly once the insurance company finally settled with us, and did great work in a great timeline. We are really impressed especially since we are remodeling contractors and had reservations hiring another contractor to do the work. They far exceeded our expectations and we are confident in referring them.
