Christian and Devin with Sawtooth Restoration are nothing but amazing. Called Christian for a sink flood, was out here within the hour. Most places cant do that. He had fans and dehumidifiers on the ground within 10 15 minutes of accessing the situation. Provided numbers and a timeline to my tenants. Coming back daily to get numbers and pull flooring as needed. Also kept the tenant informed everyday. Job was finished today with flooring and baseboards going in today and if if wasnt for the product having to be on a shipment it could have been completed last week. This incident from call to mitigation to repair. Just a day over 2 weeks. Finished. Absolutely amazing job. Best restoration company I have worked with ever. Give them a call. They wont let you down.
Exceptional, customer focused experience. Devin and his team at Sawtooth Restoration made a very difficult situation manageable and I am super grateful. After what I perceived to be a small leak in my washer hose turned out to be a major problem with water soaking my kitchen, great room, guest bath, hallway, laundry room and crawl space, I needed help. Luckily for me, I called Sawtooth Restoration. Devin managed everything flawlessly, including working out details with my insurance company. In the process of the claim, I ended up adding LVP flooring and was able to benefit from the company’s dual capacity to handle both restoration emergencies and remodels. Everyone Devin lined up to help from the plumber to the floor installer did an excellent job. As the cherry on top of the experience, I happened to be out of town when the flooring was installed and Devin sent me pictures and updates which was really awesome!

We called a 1-800 number after having a water leak and they forwarded us to this company and man were we lucky! Devin got there within 30-40 minutes, took some infrared pictures and told us exactly what was happening. He advised us since we were still under warranty to put in a claim with them and call the hvac number on the unit. He said he can fix it but it will put us out of warranty so he didn’t touch a thing. He also said to call him if we needed him. He could have taken advantage, did the work and charged us but he was a blessing for us when we did not known what to do. Thank you Devin and Sawtooth Restoration for being knowledgeable and above all an honest business man. We absolutely recommend him to everyone in the area

I found myself with some significant water damage right before Christmas that led to other work. Lucky for me I happen to call Devin at SRW. They were spot on, explained everything, took care of all the insurance details and restored my house to look even better than it did before. I am grateful to this team for their attentiveness, responsiveness and remodel work that is outstanding. Their floor guy, sheet rock guy, paint and tile experts, and every person that came to my house was phenomenal. We had a leak from our roof that ended up on our bottom floor ceiling. Within a very short time, Devin and his team were at our house investigating what the cause of the water damage on our ceiling was and how to stop it. They were incredibly responsive, professional and prompt. They walked through the whole process with us. They were incredible. I would recommend them to anyone who might be dealing with water damage or needs help correcting an issue!
