We are so thankful that our plumber referred Standard Restoration to us. They did an absolutely perfect mitigation. Shawna, Chad and Elias were the epitome of professional. They were respectful, considerate and left our home in the best condition possible every day. They communicated with us about plans and progress and always prepared us for each step of the way. They really took care of us! I wouldn’t change anything about our experience with each one of them. We have already recommended them to another family! Our project manager, Tracy Larsen, kept constant communication with us. She accommodated our schedule with the team’s needs smoothly and always made us feel like our needs were important to her. We quickly felt trust with Tracy and the team. Together, they (almost) made us glad we had the catastrophe!

Our water heater leak saga began with a mere puddle, which a plumber identified as a sign of more extensive water damage. He recommended Standard Restoration, and contacting Dan Weaver there turned out to be an excellent decision. Dan's team efficiently dismantled the affected area, dried it out, and coordinated with Marble for reconstruction. A month later, another puddle appeared, but Dan promptly arranged for a plumber who fixed the new leak and initiated the drying process again. Impressively, Dan ensured we incurred no extra costs for this additional work, despite it not being their responsibility. This level of service from Standard Restoration went above and beyond, showcasing their commitment to exceptional customer care

Standard Restoration cleaned and removed water damaged in our crawlspace in July 2024. Warren, Shawna, Jake and Abe were outstanding! They were professional and courteous each time they performed work at our home. Tracy is the Project Manager and communicated well at each step of the project. We would highly recommend Standard Restoration for any type of cleanup.

Shawna, Chad & Damien are absolutely amazing on so many levels. Can’t forget Taylor who kept me with electricity when all the machinery kept tripping the breaker. Shawna is a hard working professional individual. She is an asset to her company. Shawna is amazing honestly so passionate about what she does. Warren was amazing hardworking caring individual that you can truly see that he loves what he does. Damian was also very hardworking individual. This company is the real deal, very reasonable prices, they will not leave until everything is perfectly done. They removed all the mold and honestly companies like this don’t exist anymore. I am so grateful they fixed my issue and are extremely professional and kind. Thank you so much For being who you are and what you represent.
