My husband reserved a trailer. He was recognized from last week and staff was getting trailer ready as soon as he was in the parking lot! Exceptional, friendly customer service!!!
Renting process and loading process was easy. Person at the counter must have been having a bad day though, because he was a little snappish and not friendly.

Having to deal with few different gentlemen from this location after having the machine brake down and them coming to work on it everyone was very friendly and apologetic nobody’s fault and made it right by giving me another rental to finish my project.

We had a trailer stuck in a garage and explained our problem to the employees at Tates. They dropped everything to help us and got our trailer out of the garage. We tried to give them a tip and they would not accept it. This type of service doesn’t exist anymore! thank you so much!

I had a very passive aggressive interaction with whoever was running the front counter on 8/28/23. No instructions were given nor any paperwork signed when I picked it up about how much gas to bring it back with (I picked up from Idaho St location). Guy was not friendly, treated me like an idiot. They didn't charge me for the gas, though. Poor customer service skills over a simple misunderstanding.
