These guys have made some of my most difficult times easy and enjoyable. My water main broke last year, and I decided to replace the 80 ft run by myself. On a Saturday, I was able to get the dig line to locate utilities, go to Tate's. I got a mini excavator and trailer for Sat afternoon-first thing Monday on a day rate. The equipment performed well and got it done. The weekend after, I rented a mini tracked front end loader and 14k dump trailer to spread out road mix. That went really well, too. I gave some feedback on maintenance needed on the loader, and they appreciated it. Definitely consider Tate's rents even as a homeowner but respect the power of the equipment.

Absolutely incredible service from Tori at the Fairview branch! We rented a piano dolly around 4pm planning to have it back before they close (6pm), but unfortunately we were met with a few obstacles that had us return the dolly 15-20 minutes past 6pm. Tori was exceptional, and stayed past closing time so that we wouldn't be charged with the day-use fee instead of the 2 hour rental fee. Considering the stress of moving to a new house, Tori's generosity was SO appreciated that day. I definitely hope that their leadership team reads these, because we can't praise Tori enough!
