I will never rent from this place again. I had a specific piece of equipment reserved showed up to find out that they rented it to somebody else. I had customers scheduled out for the jobs that I needed this piece of equipment for and they could care less how badly they messed my business up, not only are they more expensive than the competition to rent from their customer service is awful.
Rented a lawn aerator. Employee who loaded the aerator into the back of my pickup ran it into the tail light and broke it. Manager wasn't on site, was told that he would be there Monday morning to work out a plan for the damage. I showed up Monday morning and the manager was not there, again. Was compensated with a free rental for the aerator. The taillight assembly was more than the rental. I tried reaching out to corporate later that week about the incident and no response was given. I realize that things happen but this wasn't a very professional response to an accident caused by an employee. Won't be coming back.

The staff here was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The rental process was easy, and the equipment was in great condition.

Everyone was so helpful today and made sure I had the right equipment. Later I had a wrong charge on my account and they fixed it promptly without any problems. This job was a mess and I completed it in one day because of their help. I strongly recommend this store. Thank you!!

I am so disappointed in my experience with, who I believe is the manager here. The staff did everything to help me find the right tool for my project this past weekend and were considerate when I brought back a tool quickly that wasn't going to work. The gentlemen was nice and did eventually get me what I needed. When I came to return it, the manager was ringing me up and put his team member down in front of me. The guy who helped me previously, made sure it worked for my project. But the manager was mad that I wasn't being charged enough... It was terrible leadership and to put his team down after not being involved in any of it was so disappointing. I could have left the first time and not spent more, but I did because of the helpful staff. Next time, I'll definitely go somewhere else.
