I was disappointed on the final product. For the cost associated with the landscaping project I disappointed in the final outcome. They tried to change increase the final bill by $7K saying they did more than I approved. This is a bait a switch, not a honest company to deal with.

Our landscape project involves various features, including but not limited to a water feature, leveling the entire yard, a paver patio, flagstone path etc. We are extremely happy with both the pace and quality of their work. Once they start the work they are great they come every day and work long hours to complete the job. They do their job well, clean up after themselves and make sure you are happy with there work. Nick and his crew are awesome! I can't recommend these guys enough. The guys worked very hard and are very professional. Nick met with us multiple times to lay out exactly what we wanted. We have had a lot of work down on our house, so we are familiar with how companies get things done. Nick was by far the best at setting and meeting our expectations. It seems to me that getting the work done is easy, but what is not easy is communication between customers, sales, and the crew. That is where Modern Landscape shines. ALL questions/emails were answered promptly, and communication to his guys was obviously very good, nothing was missed. We asked for quite a bit of extra work to be done that was not on the original bid, and that was never a problem. If any problems came up, Nick dealt with them quickly. There is good reason why these guys are the best. Thanks guys! We could not be happier with our new back yard!!!

Modern Landscape exceeded my expectations on every level. I initially spoke with the owner, Nick and he was very prompt and professional. He took into consideration everything I explained that I needed and worked with me to sort out the details. I wanted to get my whole backyard done - rock, stone, sod, everything, and I wanted it done quickly. I received the final bid on a Friday, met with the owner on a Saturday to sign off and his crew was there first thing Monday morning ready to get to work, just as he said they would be. They were professional and worked quickly, yet applied quality and attention to detail throughout the process. They were done when they said they would be and did a great job cleaning everything up as well. I am so happy with my yard and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
