Professional, prompt, clean, courteous, and responsive. This is the second time that we have used CertaPro and have been very pleased on both occasions. In 2018, they painted the outside of our home. They worked with our timeline, and the complication of a delayed roofing install, to make the outside look refreshed and beautiful. This fall, they repainted most of the interior on our house. They showed up every morning prompt and polite. They worked efficiently and left our house 'tidy' every night. We had a couple "changes" midway through our project and they happily obliged. This included; additional trim work and fixing an unfortunate issue from something falling while they were painting. We will use them again and I highly recommend their company. This has been one of the worst experiences I've had with a service. Dan comes and looks at our concerns, tells us he'll have his employee fix it a certain way and it's never done that way. Today they were supposed to fix a couple areas under the warranty they provide. Yet again not fixed as Dan had explained it would be. Yet again looks like amateur hour. Communication is very much an issue. At this point I would've been better off fixing the areas myself. Example: first picture was taken March 6th when we saw the issue. Photo 2 was taken today after the crew left. We were told the area would be sanded and paint reapplied. Apparently just throwing another coat of paint is their solution instead??

Cameron, sent by CertaPro, did an exceptional job staining my large back deck and pergola. He was extremely thorough and professional throughout the entire process. From preparation to painting to clean-up, every step was completed to my satisfaction. Additionally, he was very friendly and pleasant to work with.

Cameron and Jamie, the subcontractors hired by Certa Pro, to stain a large back deck, a front deck and a gazebo, were extremely thorough and professional. From prep to painting to clean up the job was completed to our satisfaction. Thank you for your hard work.

From my first communication with Dan Rowley on the phone, to the last communication thanking me for the opportunity to serve us in the outside painting of our home, this experience has been awesome. Dan Rowley and team from CertraPro made the interior house painting experience wonderful. Right from the estimation for painting, customization to our requirement and quality of work done was great. Everything ( from first phone call to cetrapro and finishing of work was done within a 2 weeks. Appreciate quick response and short notice to schedule the work.

After being ignored by another company (for over 1 month) that cut 1/4 of our dining room ceiling and wall and never returned to complete things, I reached out to CertaPro for a quote. The owner (Dan) personally came out the next day and his bid came back substantially lower than another local painting company that later “noticed” they made a mistake and over charged us on the quote. The crazy part is that company didn’t even suggest(nor quote) painting the entire room.
Long story short; our dining room looks INCREDIBLE. The colors were perfectly matched and I can’t tell there was ever a repair. Tbh; I think the room looks even better than before. I’ll definitely be reaching out in the future to have the rest of our home repainted. Dan is one of the most professional people I’ve ever met and I personally feel like he’s as honest as they come. He’s top notch!!!

Dan from CertaPro Painters came to our home to review our 4-room painting project. He’s an excellent source of information, and the price was fair. On painting day, he introduced the painting crew and we reviewed the rooms and crew access. The crew did detailed preparation work and treated our house with care. The project took two days, clean-up was well done, and the painting exceeded our expectations. We’re planning on Dan to do our next painting project in the near future.
