Mike and his crew put a new roof on our duplex last year. He was very efficient, repaired everything that needed attention, and completed the job on time. His price was very fair and he has even come out to help us when a neighbors branch broke off during a storm and torpedoed into our roof. He quickly came out and repaired the hole. We had the unfortunate experience of water coming through our roof from our skylight. We called around and had a few people come out to give us bids on the job. The people who came out before Boise Roof Repair, quoted us incredibly high and didn't even get on our roof to look at the issue. Mike with Boise Roof Repair was the complete opposite! He turned a very stressful situation for two young people into a joyful experience. My faith in humanity is restored and I can confidently say that I trust Mike and his team to take care of our roof today and for any job needed in the future. Regardless of where we move in the valley in the future, we will be calling Boise Roof Repair. I have to add that Mike had a personal conflict today and yet he still made time to come to our house and give us reassurance that he could fix it. We would have completely understood if he needed to reschedule, but he is clearly a man who cares about his community. For these reasons, I highly recommend this team!!

Exceptional!!! From start to finish, I am so happy that I chose Boise Roof Repair and Maintenance. They were referred by a friend after they received the same great service. Nick was super responsive, patient, thorough, and accommodating. He answered all of my questions and provided a very fair bid. From the time the bid was accepted to the job completion, it was less than one week. Nick and Mike showed up on time as scheduled with a full crew. They did such an amazing job with my old, poorly done roof and as they uncovered issues, the fixed them as if it were their own roof on their home. They left nothing undone! The fixed years of poor construction and workmanship by other contractors. They went above and beyond to complete the job! They even left the job site cleaner than it was before they got there. Their crew was so professional and skilled. I am extremely happy with my finished roof and I will recommend them to any family or friends that needs roof work done in the future.

One afternoon, I discovered water damage and mold on the ceiling of my garage. I frantically phoned roofers from a Google search. Michael was only the second call I made and happened to be the best call I made that day. He said he would be over in 10 minutes to assess the situation and he and his partner (Nick) both showed up to take a look at the damage and get me a bid. It is unheard of to get an appointment with anyone these days, for at least two weeks, never mind 10 minutes! I was impressed. Mike was able to visually see that the deck was not sloped correctly or drained properly when it was built. There were pools of water sitting under the deck (which is the roof of the garage), which in turn created the leak / water damage and mold in the garage. Now I was even more impressed. He was very thorough and had a plan on how to fix it (which was no patch work). Lastly, and the icing on the cake, was when Mike asked to see a copy of my homeowners insurance. I was so stressed over the mold, it didn't even dawn on me that day that I had to put in a claim and go through all that too! He was so calming and took over that process for me (one I initiated the claim). He knew just what to do, who to talk to, and took that daunting task off my plate. I was blown away. I didn't even want to get a bid from anyone else, he was amazing and I instantly trusted both of them. Once the work began, it was go time. They both showed up everyday regardless of the snow or ice, rain or shine. Never late, never ever not showed up. They stayed in constant communication with me on every stage of the repairs. They were clean and respectful and worked hard all day. I had family coming into town for the holidays and didn't want the deck dismantled, but understood if it had to be. They worked so hard to make sure it was all done and in tack before the family arrived. They went above and beyond. Their work was impeccable and I even got a video of the project from start to finish afterwards :) They were honest and affordable and I highly recommend Boise Roof Repair & Maintenance!
