I needed a roof replacement for the house I was selling. They started at 7AM and finished the roof at 8PM - one day roof! I was stunned. It looks great (google appears to be rejecting my photos) and the crew was friendly and meticulous about protecting our landscaping and cleaning up the residue. Five Star service.

I was referred to HBR via Copper Cloud gutters! Both companies were responsive, quick to remedy my problem and were reasonably priced! Additionally, I called on Sandra for advice regarding a small shop roof job! She also referred me to an electrician, which I desperately needed. She gave me extensive directions as to how to do my roof myself and not only that but called her supplier and ordered what I needed to complete the job! Sandra's knowledge and willingness to help exceeded my expectations and for that, I am exceedingly grateful! Also, she went above and beyond sending me a very thoughtful thank you card! As a high end custom home builder, we here at RCI can choose to work with anyone. We work with Hawaiian Built for multiple reasons: the level of experience and professionalism we've found with them is top tier. Communication skills are are a necessity in our busy schedules and I've never had difficulty getting in touch with them. I also receive feedback and detailed inspection pics without having to ask, which is key for anyone with a busy schedule- not having to chase down someone we're working with. Lastly, cost for services is fair. They are competitively priced and that's a huge plus for a company as proficient as Hawaiian Built. Highly recommend them for any roofing work.

We had a warranty issue with our shingles from a previous roof installation. Sandra was able to send someone out to check the shingles and then worked with the manufacturer to let us know what documents would need to be submitted for the warranty claim. She was so helpful during the process. I was shocked at how fast she was able to get her crew out to install our new roof and new skylight. She communicates in a timely manner and the roof looks amazing!
