Nick McCoy and Point Roofing were fabulous to work with the roof replacement for my clients' North End home. They were efficient, professional, very responsive, and completed the work in a timely manner. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. From start to finish this could not have been a more pleasant experience to deal with an expense no one wants to pay for. We tried for some insurance reimbursement and when that didn’t work out Point did not pressure us to commit to paying for it ourselves. When we were ready to pull the trigger, we reengaged and found that the finance options were really fantastic, better than we expected. The day of the install the roofers were respectful of me and my property and not only did a great job but also cleaned everything up. The sales person stopped by afterward to make sure nothing was miss and checked with me the day of and after the install to make sure I was satisfied. I hope I don’t have to buy another roof, but if I do I will be going with Point!

They did a great job overall! In addition to completing the roof on time, they also identified and fixed a number of areas where rain water was leaking between the gutters and the side of the house. They were really responsive and also patient - I couldn’t figure out what color shingles I wanted at first and they were super helpful. I would definitely recommend them for any roof work.

I contacted several roofers to get estimates. I was hoping insurance would cover the replacement, but that didn’t happen for me, so I was extremely sensitive to the cost.
Mac’s estimate included the upgrades I was looking for - ridge vents, ice barriers, and warranty duration - at a similar cost to estimates without those features from other roofers. He answered questions, listened and responded to my concerns, and his team did a quality job on my roof. He even tuned up my gutter system as part of the package, which was a big deal for us because our gutters are high up and hard for us to access.
I have referred my family to them, which is a big compliment from me. Of course I suggest doing your research as I did, but Point Roofing came out on top for us.

Nick was very courteous from the first contact and through the entire process of getting the new singling job. He made sure everything was completed well and good with us.
The workers did a great job installing the shingles and making the roof look great. They did a terrific job cleaning up and hauling away the trash.
I recommend Point Roofing and Restoration to other people.

I called Point due to their exceptional reviews and high quality materials advertised on their site. Braydon came out to give me an estimate at the property and I was blown away with his level of knowledge and professionalism. Even though I ended up with a different roofing product for my home, I knew I had to write a review about the level of service Braydon provided through the quoting and consultation process with Point. I have no doubt that if I had chosen to use Point roofing to install a new roof in my home I would have been satisfied. Thank you Braydon for providing such a high level of service and setting the bar high for the industry.

I was excited for point roofing to come out based on the reviews and had a leak where my microwave vent it for some time now. They came out quickly for the quote, I didn't bother with other quotes just wanted it fixed, a few weeks later a guy was coming out 10-12pm perfect! at 1 pm I messaged if they were still coming out and now suppose to be around 4 then the guy had a flat tire which is fine it happens then I didn't get a callback at all 8pm at night someone shows up to get the work done in 40 minutes it was dark when he left when the quote was 3-4 hours. I had someone come check it said it would be redone and never was, I was home from surgery and have a door cam no one came by to redo it. It was $800 for a 30 min fast job. They checked it and said it was done right and I got a $75 discount for my troubles. Hopefully I have no leaks but I am not impressed, I had someone lined up for a new roof for a good referral and they went with someone else.

Dealing with Point Roofing was a great experience. The way this company is run is first class. Forthright, punctual, organized, helpful, honest, caring, ethics, respectful, meticulous, etc.! Mac Miller, our representative, is simply the best. He was available for any questions, or help we needed. His presentation to completion of the roof installation was flawless. The quality of materials was excellent, the options available were limitless, and the results are wonderful. Choosing Point Roofing was a great decision.
