We called Arctic Air for an AC failure. They weren’t able to get us scheduled until the next day, after hours. They called later and said the had a technician available that evening. An hour later, he was there. The outside temperature was 109 and it was 89 inside our house. Elijah was awesome! His job knowledge is impressive and really gave us peace of mind knowing that we were going to get our AC back up and running during the heat wave of 2024. He took the time to thoroughly inspect and troubleshoot our system. After identifying the issue, and recharging the system, cold air was blowing! I highly recommend Arctic Air, and Elijah!
Today was the first visit from Elijah from Arctic Air. He is very well mannered and respectful, and fully explained what he was doing and looking at. I had one component which was starting to give trouble, and he took the time to explain options to me without pressuring me on what choice to make. I will happily continue to do business with Arctic Air as long as their employees continue this standard. Well done!

Arctic Air did great! They were helpful from the initial call to get scheduled to communicating an earlier time-slot. Mike got here and went right to work diagnosing the problem with my AC and having it resolved within 30 mins!!! Great job to the whole team!

I can’t say enough good things about Mike. When my air quit working in triple digit temps, he called because he was in the area although I wasn’t scheduled until the next day. He got things up and running quickly. He worked after hours and I got a cool house and a good nights sleep.

Elijah was so helpful. He explained everything that he found and how he was going to fix it. He went out of his way to make sure that everything was working properly. He also gave me tips on maintaining my system to prevent future issues. The office stayed in communication with me on the status of Elijah throughout the day, as he was running a little late. So professional! I would use them if needed in the future and would recommend Elijah and Arctic Air to anyone. Thanks again for your quick response. Alan

We purchased a new unit a few years ago from Arctic Air and they were so easy to work with from the very first phone call to the installation. Just had the service maintenance performed and im still impressed with the pleasant experience with this company. Their technician Elijah was top notch. Highly recommend!

I've been with Arctic Air since I moved here five years ago. Great service.!!! Elijah Came out today and it was the first time I ever met him,what a polite and conscientious worker. this company has always been on time and flexible to my schedule. Highly recommend Arctic Air!! A+++++++

I signed up for Arctic Air's maintenance plan last fall. This was the 6-month check up after that and Elijah came out to the house. Great communication before arriving about his ETA and schedule. He performed his work with professionalism and a positive attitude. I had several questions for him once the service was complete and he listened intently while providing helpful feedback and advice. He didn't attempt to "sell" me on upgrades I asked about but did outline options that may fit my needs. I appreciated that. Arctic Air has been to my house a couple of times and I have spoken to the front office about the same. Always treated with respect and didn't feel like another number. I recommend them and will keep their services moving forward. BTW, my HVAC system is not even their authorized dealer brand! Keep up the great work.
