We had used Rite Now for HVAC assistance prior. Their customers service was amazing! We ended up needing to replace the pipes in our entire house. The plumbers were fast, courteous, trustworthy, & thorough. They were in and out in two days and very professional. Their customer service was amazing, and even followed up to be sure we were happy with the installl. We had a small issue with the style of shower head and they were more than willing to help us with a favorable outcome! Definitely recommend!

The workers showed up on time. They were courteous and gave me good estimate of the time it would take to perform and complete the work. They made an excellent assessment of the system condition and faults. Final results? Very clean, neat, and the new unit worked perfectly. Finally we were given a good , detailed explanation of how to operate the new unit and keep it running efficiently. All is well thus far. Very good company, workers, and work. Good deal, good workers, good system. I would highly recommend them.

They were really quick, especially with this heat wave we are having. My tech was Skylar I believe and he was awesome. He answered all of my questions and showed me what he was talking about. He didn't just expect me to take his word for it. I appreciated that. He also told me what filters I really needed. He didn't sell them to me he said to try Amazon. So it wasn't a sales pitch. My system is working great and I couldn't be more pleased with his work. If I have problems in the future I hope that he is my tech again.

I enjoyed the thoroughness of the PM who came out to give me a bid. He even went into the crawlspace to check the feasibility of a dual zone. And the bid was given before he left the house! The I stallers didn't check I with me when they finished the job, so that was a bummer. So then I had questions after the install and someone came back the same day to address all my questions, free of charge. Great customer service.

I am so impressed with the installation of my water heater. The technician and his apprentice did an excellent job! They were very professional and focused, but friendly. As I checked in a couple times, the technician explained what they were doing and why. I observed the technician to be a great mentor to his apprentice, who no one would have guessed was his fourth day on the job. They worked extremely well together and there was no standing around doing nothing; both worked in tandem. Upon completion, the technician explained where the heater was set and how to control the temperature. They left my garage clean and orderly, nothing for me to clean up. I appreciate their professionalism!

Dealing with this company was an absolute nightmare! If you want a used car salesman to come out and make all sorts of promises that his team of 18 year old kids can not deliver on you’ve found your team. Not only did they cause water damage, fail inspections and not deliver on their “promise.” They failed to return numerous calls when we were assured an, “urgent message was left with a supervisor.” They also tried to intimidate my significant other in our home when she was home alone. We had to hire another company to finish our install as this team was just ok with doing sub par work in exchange for small discounts. Our home had damaged gutters, damage to the roof, water damage, unnecessary holes cut in the soffit that they then failed to patch, damage to a brand new unit as they tried to disassemble and reassemble in the attic and not only damaged it but reassembled it wrong. Not to mention the attic access they had to modify, then couldn’t finish or the simple fact of not cleaning up the area below the access in our master closet. Their technicians were late everyday and what was bid at a 2-3 day job took us nearly 4 months to complete. After all of it we now have a furnace over our bed in the master and ac is right outside the master window. When we started this process we asked to have them on the opposite side of the house so we didn’t have to hear them. That was no problem at all until they started the work, then all of a sudden the original plan was not possible. Save your money your time and your stress and call ANYONE else!

Edit to response: It’s funny how professional you try to sound here yet no calls could ever be returned, EVER. I was nice for the majority of the process until you failed repeatedly to deliver on your end. The amount you are referring to was the result of you being FIRED from my property and refusing to pick up your equipment. I was referring to things like the drywall in the master that was supposedly not covered. It’s funny that a hole you cut wouldn’t be covered and your compensation that was offered was $250 and we could find someone else to finish the access hole, drywall, tape and texture. Better yet it was even better when your employee referred another employee for a “Saturday job” Let’s talk about the$500 that was offered because the lines on the side of the house that your technicians ran were sloppy, and extra holes were cut that were unused and unsealed.. Also the $100 that was offered for the damage to the gutters when you removed the old unit. The fact that you delete reviews and try to spin any negative review like the customer is in the wrong says a lot about your company. The amount of people who comment they have problems with you in local groups when people ask who to use speaks for itself. It’s quite funny how you say I was so unreasonable yet your replacements were able to complete the job as well as others at our home with the only issues being your teams terrible work. Also you failed the electrical inspection for not adding a light and an outlet in the attic. You hired an electrician you outsourced the work yet failed to specify exactly what needed done. It did not meet code and we have proof of that. Then your team asked that we cover the extra costs associated with getting it up to code. Finally please, your stance on this is that you quit or walked away but in all reality you were fired. We fired you, you did not walk away at all intact you tried to strong arm us and force is into only using you.
