Keidon was extremely cordial and effective. He solved two different problems with ease and explained at every step of the way what was at stake and what made sense. He has also read a lot of books and is a thoughtful guy. I highly recommend him and American Rooter and Drain.
Dominic was very knowledgeable and efficient. He gave me options to fix the problem in the short run and what could be done to fix issues in the long run. Dominic definitely went above and beyond by crawling under the house and checked the ducts for any other issues.
I will call this company again.

Chris Martin just installed our 1st ever water softener. He was so patient explaining the process and very understanding with our friendly dog. He did have to draw a diagram of what he was doing which helped immensely. I appreciated him taking both my husband Gary and I through the process. The softener itself is so quiet. I would recommend him to anyone.
Nick Weeks was so very helpful and pleasant to work with. He helped us with Goodleap and took the time to explain what he was doing, and got our military discount. I really enjoyed have him in our home and would have no qualms recommending Nick to anyone.
AND finally Jessica was a pleasure to talk to. I was in customer service for 40 years and I can recognize an expert in service. Having her as the voice of your company is a big asset.

Chris and Koda did a great job installing our water filtration and water softening systems. Very professional and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and assisted me with a couple things that were not part of the job. I would go with this company again for future plumbing needs

This is a little late in coming but I wanted to give a great review to American Rooter and Drain. They sent Jason out 3 weeks ago to clear a tub drain in my upstairs bathroom. He not only took care of the drain, but he checked all of our other drains to make certain we didn't have any clogs in them. I was happy to hear that our plumbing looks good even after 10 years and also he went into our crawl space and checked for any leaks there. I am very happy with the service Jason Stoddard gave me!
You now have a customer for life!

Nick is the best! Great personality and a very fun and easy conversationalist. He explains all things very clearly and was not overly pushy about other services offered. His good service and work ethic are very apparent with excellent results...much hotter water and an assurance that with my water heater all is up and going strong. Very thankful for the pleasant time I was able to spend with him.

Travis was there when he stated. Within less a minute he walked in and found the problem!! He was kind and very professional!! Easily relatable!!! His business card has a permanent spot on our fridge door!!!!

Travis D is awesome. Very knowledgeable and very polite. Explained everything that was wrong with the drain and what his action plan was. Got it fixed in no time. Dude was even nice to my pets!! That’s a plus. Thanks so much. Recommend this company for sure.
