Our AC went out on a Monday. No air through the ducts but did have air through the garage duct. Figured it was an air duct down somewhere. Was lucky enough to get someone to come out the next day. After troubleshooting, technician found a capacitor was bad. He also found a small water leak while in the crawl space. He replaced the capacitor which is a pretty straightforward process. He also fixed the leak, a minute job. Was charged $751.42 w/military discount. A pretty high amount considering the job but... I never got a receipt or invoice and had to call the company to get it. Customer service was great! Had invoice emailed before we were off the phone. The receptionist couldn't tell me what the charges were, and the invoice didn't break them down. Was trying to find out why the bill was that high. She sent a message to the tech to call me to explain them. Never got a call. Emailed company next day and again, she was on it and told me she would again reach out to the tech to call me. 5 days later still haven't heard from them. All the invoice says Replace capacitor $315.99, Up to 4 fittings $459.99. No breakdown of what that included.

We had a yearly preventive inspection done, Tyler was the Rep and checked everything out, fixed a few problems. He explained that could use some work that would help keep the A/C running longer gave us the pricing . I checked out the information he gave me and the pricing and found it to be creditable and I decided to go ahead and have the work done. I was happy with Tyle'rs professionalism and in the future I only want him to do any work that I might need

We received excellent service on May 16 from Express Plumbing in replacing a leaky kitchen sink with a modern, superior brand. Technician Alex Puzas is always prompt, and extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our plumbing problems. Alex recently redid a faulty water heater installation done last year by a prominent Treasure Valley company, thereby stopping a slow leak we didn’t even know we had and averting water damage to our home. We woke up to no hot water and Express Plumbing was wonderful and came same day. Our technician Tyler was so great! He educated us and was so patient with all my questions. He gave us several options for us to get the problem taken care of. We were grateful to hear the parts we needed were under warranty and grateful we had Tyler to walk us through this whole process!!
