After having a really bad experience with our kitchen countertops we were not looking forward to bathrooms. We were recommended RHG by our bathroom contractor who rattled off a few fabricators before saying RHG would do the best job. I’m so happy we went with them. The front office folks were all so nice, they have the best selection of remnants for a fabricator in my opinion. The cost was great and the team was timely and did a fabulous job. Look at this seam!! You can’t even see it in person it’s so good. I won’t hesitate to recommend them around.

Absolutely beautiful! First experience with Granite and, to say the least, I was very scared. All the people at Rock Hard Granite put my mind at ease. From our initial visit at the office with Michelle to the Templator, Don, to the two sets of installers, Wyatt and Jacob, and Wyatt (again) and Jay and finally to the polishers and sealers, Otto and Brady. What a great bunch of people. Very friendly and personable. No matter how small or how silly my questions may have been to them, they answered them all without hesitation. My insecurities were all put to rest. I absolutely love my Granite countertops! I definitely would recommend Rock Hard Granite.

I had a terrible experience building my home here in Idaho. My builder and many of my subs were very difficult to work with or they produced subpar work. RHG was one of the positive experiences I had and I love my countertops...until recently. I noticed a stain that had showed up after some time. I spoke with RHG and they agreed it was something that occurred in prep process. They were willing to work with me and have my countertops removed and fixed. After a lengthy repair process, they returned the countertops with the stain almost gone, however a larger stain in a different area next to a noticeable crack were now there. I asked numerous times to gain a better understanding about the crack and why no one mentioned it before they reinstalled it and why I had to bring it up to them. Overall, RHG made several attempts to help me, but we couldn't get on the same page at the end. I am super frustrated with my island countertop and left feeling uneasy about the quality and integrity of my countertops overall.

RHG installed stone in different parts of our home. We had issues, but I came to learn that the issues were not exclusively on them to resolve. They did a great navigating the project and coming up with solutions that everyone thought were agreeable. Good companies are not perfect. What makes them good is their ability to solve issues, because there's always things to navigate, especially with renovation projects.
