I recently had a quote from a well-known company for whole house window and sliding door replacement, and the price was so scary that I actually held off on finding anyone to replace the broken window that I needed replaced soon. Serious sticker shock. I happened to run across John replacing a window and we scheduled an appointment for the following Monday. The estimate came in right at what he had quoted me, and under in fact for replacement of all windows and sliding door in my house. He ordered the windows which came in extremely quickly, and he contacted me stating when he would be here to start. He showed up exactly when stated and got to work. My house has quite a few windows so the job he said was going to take four days and it actually did take four days. John was great with his communication prior to and during the job, he and Maegan, we’re always on time and work so well together, Every room was left just as they found it except I had sparkly clean new windows. They both take such pride in their workmanship, and it shows in every step. I’m so glad I ran across A Class Windows and I will tell you that the price I was quoted from the big company and what I was able to get my entire house of new windows from A Class Windows was a massive difference, tens of thousands and that’s no exaggeration. It’s very hard to find good workmanship and a company that takes such pride, but John and Megan are a dream team when it comes to this. Honesty, integrity, and great workmanship. I’ll also add that my 1953 house had a lot of little issues that required extra attention and detail, and it was all done wonderfully well with no complaints whatsoever just a can-do attitude and went the extra mile. I couldn’t be happier, A Class Windows owners, John and Megan, are a small family run business that does amazing work… exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend them to anyone needing windows, whether the job is very big or small.

Stop looking and just hire John to replace your windows, you will not be disappointed. John, and his wife Megan, are a dream team and it would be your good fortune to have them work on your project. John is thorough in his explanations about process, he is precise when he discusses timing, and he is courteous in his communication. John communicated through the whole process of measuring my windows for the estimate, to placing the order and confirming the installation date. He told me what day he would be here and at what time, and he was not even a minute late on my 2 day project. John and Megan work side by side and and as he meticulously removes the old windows and installs the new ones with fastidious care, Megan cleans the windows inside and out, and maintains the jobsite cleanliness. Anything that was moved, from furniture, to boxes of kitty litter, were put back in such a way that you wouldn't have even known they were moved. Had I not been there for the duration of the work, and other than the new windows, there was no trace of them. They pay that much attention to detail. Detail of the removal, install, and the condition they left my home. John even pointed out a failure in the installation of each of my window boxes at the time my home was built, instead of not saying anything and just moving on, he let me know what was happening, and then HE FIXED EACH ONE! I didn't ask, and he didn't charge me anything extra, he just did the right thing. One of my windows had a defect, and he was telling me who to contact for the warranty work, and showed me what he did to make it work until the manufacturer was able to come out and correct the error. The next thing I know, he's telling me he took the window apart to fix it (since he used to be the warranty guy for the manufacturer) instead of making me wait for them. I can't say enough good things about John and Megan. Just hire them, you will not be dissatisfied. I am so happy I found them and I love love love my new windows.
