The most knowledgeable and helpful, kind staff! Loved the detailed equipment safety walkthrough and communication was easy. Cascade Equipment Rental took the stress out of our project, and we will definitely rent here again!

Definitely 5 stars!!! Our company had a wonderful experience with CER! They are incredibly professional, dependable and customer service driven. Austin went above and beyond to help us, and we can’t thank him enough! As a business owner myself, I completely understand how important customer service is, and I can assure you that given an opportunity to work with Austin and Cascade Rentals again, I will in a heartbeat. I 100% recommend them to anyone!

We had a great experience renting a generator from Cascade Equipment Rental. They went above and beyond by driving to McCall to pick up a generator for us then meeting us at the camp ground we were staying at. We forgot our generator at home and they saved the trip! Great prices, great service. Thank you for all the help!

Great service. Stephanie was super-helpful and arranged a quick delivery with very short notice. I called as I poured my first cup of coffee and the skid-steer was at my doorstep before I finished breakfast. Ryan is friendly and easy to talk to. I've rented from them twice this spring and I'll keep coming back.
