It was easy to understand with pictures and instructions on how to repair or remedy any issues. I would have to say there is no doubt we picked the right crew for this task. My Credit Union gave me the three creditable referrals, one was Best Inspections USA. I called Kelly first, and after talking to her I knew that this was the right team for our situation. I can’t tell you how correct I was! Bob has does Home Inspections along with being a longtime builder. He not only gave us incredible advice, but had actually been through some of the experiences we had, and allowed me to forecast what’s in our future. I do not feel that a traditional home inspector would’ve had this knowledge. The morning after the inspection was completed, I had a very detailed email laying out how the entire inspection went front to back.
