We were having our plumbing replaced and our plumbers noticed we had a burst pipe that happened maybe 3 days prior to the replacement and we were devastated. They immediately called Apex and Apex came out within the hour to start drying out our home as quickly as possible. They worked with our insurance and advocated for us from the beginning. An extremely stressful process over the last 5 weeks has been made so much easier because Apex fought for us and worked with us to make sure we were covered and taken care of. I can’t recommend them enough.

APEX Restoration came out to look at a sewer line leak we had in the crawlspace, and I have to say that they were absolutely AMAZING! Daniel arrived first and walked us through the process of what to expect for the cleanup, and even got on the line with our insurance company to help open a claim. Daniel also was available to come back to discuss with the insurance adjuster the situation. Equally impressive were Michael and Tyler, who donned the space suits and got the situation cleaned up within a couple of hours, returning once again after the pipe was replaced by our plumber to ensure everything was satisfactory. I think what was most surprising was every person we worked with at APEX was EXTREMELY helpful, VERY positive, and did exactly what they said the were going to do, when they said they were going to do it. Customer service seems to have gone downhill since COVID, but obviously NOT at APEX. I'm hoping readers here do not have to go through this kind of situation, but if you do, I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and positivity APEX displayed. 100% satisfied, and would NOT hesitate to work with them again. Came in and laid vapor barrier, and we were under deadline as a home inspection was coming up. Arrived on time, gave us the summary and answered all of our questions prior to the job. I could hear them in the crawl space, and they took care of the old material and laid the new material, which looked amazing and great! They quick , friendly and took care of us. Would recommend

Apex did a great job helping us out after we had a water leak under our house. Super quick to come out and provide an estimate, and they were able to get out to complete the job quickly. The guys were friendly, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves before they left. Very happy with the job and would recommend them!
