We have had a couple occurrences of roof water leaks that caused damage to the drywall. Disaster Cleanup was extremely helpful and responded without any delay to start the work of mitigation and reconstruction. Hunter was great at communication with us during the entire process. I recommend Disaster Cleanup do anyone in need of help with water, fire, or motor related issues or good quality service and professional work.
I want to give a shout out to disaster cleanup for all their work on fixing my closet after we had found a leak. First off I had no idea where to start or who to call. A friend told me to call a restoration company. I called disaster clean up and told them what had happened they were quick to help and answer all my questions. They were out the very next day to get started. Everyone I interacted with along the way was very personable and never made me feel like a burden. Allie was great to work with always keeping me in the loop with insurance and when contractors would be coming out to the house. Another thing this company can help on other projects you might have around the house. I had another project outside I had been trying to find someone to help me with for about 8 months and everyone i reached out to either wanted to charge way too much or wasn’t sure how to fix the problem. Allie was able to have one of their contractors fix it and for an affordable price. I was beyond excited to finally get that project tackled.
Even though my closet leak might have not been huge compared to a bathroom or kitchen they took time to make sure I was taken care. There was even a few things o wasn’t too keen on with the closet but not a huge deal. I sent photos to Allie and the very next day they came out and fixed them. I was so impressed by this. Thank you all again for taking time and making this stressful situation a lot better. I highly recommend disaster cleanup.

Disaster Cleanup was excellent to work with. We had a washer leak late on a Monday and they came right out to assess the situation and start remediation. Throughout the process of getting repairs done, they constantly kept in touch with me, kept me up to date on timeframe, cost, and any other details I asked for. They were professional, helpful, and attentive to our needs. I can't thank them enough for the great work they did on our home and would highly recommend them to anyone who needs home restoration services. Thanks Disaster Cleanup!

My home was flooded within two hours by a leaking toilet line. When I called disaster cleanup, they responded within one hour. Hunter was great during the mitigation part and was very knowledgeable and explained the process. I highly recommend disaster cleanup. They clean up my home in a timely manner and they were at my house every day until the job was done.

Disaster Cleanup is absolutely the best!!! My ceiling decided to leak during the big rain storm we had. I didn’t know who to call, so I went onto Google and found Disaster Cleanup. Gage was out that afternoon and immediately went into action to help me in a situation that I felt helpless.
Gage explained the process to me…the whole company had been incredible in taking care of this problem…if I could give them a 10 out of 5 I would!!!! Thank you, thank you!!!
