We recently had water damage in our garage and inner walls due to our air condtioner drain line. We contacted Disaster Response and they promptly came out and examined the damage and explained what should be done to repair the problem. All the people from Disaster Response were respectful and would call before coming to our home and were always punctual. Jose came in this week and completed the finish-up work done by several of your dedicated employees and made our home look like nothing ever happened. He is knowledgeable and made sure we were pleased with the work. I will recommend Disaster Response to anyone who has a problem with a damaged home.

The rest of the Story: I need to apologize for my review earlier: My spouse ended up in CCU for 5 days and I now find the Dry Wall Finisher tried three times to do the finishing repairs on my Renters wall and no one was home. All work is completed satisfactory now, so consider this Company anytime you need Home Repairs. Leila Farley

I am very impressed with the job they have done for us, I highly recommend Disaster Response, also the entire crew has been so nice and has kept me informed through the entire process, I had a leak under my sink and got a new floor installed these guys are simply amazing the floor looks stunning its absolutely beautiful! Mitigation experience was excellent! Thanks Fabian for doing a great Job on all the clean up and drying--kudos to your crew. I feel confident that I will not have any mold issues. I recognize there was more to be done than I expected, but you documented and explained well. Thanks to Aaron for understanding my situation. I had to pay out of pocket and you are helping me not to do anything unnecessary, as well as being available to answer all questions. I trust local business and encourage all to go with DR first!
