Doesn't call back, doesn't respond. I have been waiting almost 6 months, and never submitted a single thing to our architect or the city of Boise. Stay as far away as possible. This might be the worst firm I have ever worked with professionally. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
Awful company to do business with. When I asked Dean to come out to my house for a survey, he stated it would be a week for his crew to show up. When the workers finally arrived, they completed half of the task and then left without saying anything. There was no response when I called to ask if the staff was returning. It had been three weeks since our last contact

First time working with this company. After speaking with them they stated it would take a few weeks before they could work on it which was fine with me. The engineer stated he would have my project done on a Monday. The date has come and passed with no word of progress and will not answer phone calls or emails for two weeks. Had to find another engineer to take on my project since this engineer would not communicate anything with me. A "sorry I cannot work on this" would have been better to hear a day after he said he would get it to me than nothing at all for two weeks. Stay away from this engineer.

I needed a engineering inspection to close my refinance loan. John Mortin
was my engineer and from time of contact to the inspection was about a 1/2 a day Not to mention my location is about 45min-1hr from their location. Customer Service is absolutely at the top of their Service. Thank you John Mortin and Briggs Engineering, Inc.

Not a firm for the little guy. They will treat you tepid at best. Very little communication or willingness to work with you. Very disappointing.
