I have loved working with Servpro of Idaho Falls. The crew is so supportive, understanding, and their customer service is excellent. We have great managers, who do their best to make sure we're all taken care of as a team. I recommend Servpro of Idaho Falls to anyone that needs restoration or cleaning services.
Cassie and the Servpro team did an amazing job of putting our condo back together after a water leak ruined our floors and walls. While living in a rural area added to the timeline, Cassie and team managed to obtain materials in a timely manner and went above expectations when wrapping up the job. Thank you!

We recently moved into our home. We discovered there had been a leak in the bathroom that had gone unnoticed for a while. Vincent from Servpro came out and helped us figure out with to do. He gave a great explanation of what will happen and how the problem will be solved. We are happy to have him working with us.
Torrey and Dawson came to set up the equipment and they also were very helpful and kind. It feels like such a crisis to be dealing with mold and water damage so it was great to have such thoughtful people working with us.

Our basement flooded at the most inopportune time. It was late in the evening when we called Servpro to bring in a crew to help dry out our carpet and vinyl flooring. Curtise and Tivo showed by the evening and worked hard to get things set up to begin drying. They went to great lengths to identify all the areas that had been affected and told us exactly what they were going to set up to help with the drying process. We had a planned trip out of town the next day. While we were out of town, they checked in our basement and gave us really good feedback on how things were progressing. Later, when it was time to remove equipment, Isaiah and Adrian were awesome to work with. They left our house in good condition and made sure to put our key in safe place. Being out of town while trying to sort this out has been really stressful, but Servpro has been fantastic to work with. I appreciate the time and care they put into helping us.

Their guy Vincent came by to check for mold as we expected their may be some negatively effecting my daughter's health. They were thorough and honest and took good care of me, quickly. 10/10 would recommend.
