I needed a quick replacement of my main breaker in the dead of a Rexburg Idaho winter (sub-zero temps). My house had no power, and consequently had no heat, couldn't cook, couldn't do laundry. It was cold and miserable. Supply chain problems made it difficult to get a switch with the right amps. Arco called around, secured the part about 90 miles away, and quickly installed it. They are fantastic. My go-to service.
Everyone was so hard working and kind. Project took a little longer than expected but they stayed late and got it done.

The main breaker in our house had been randomly tripping with the power fluctuating daily. After multiple failed attempts at trying to figure it out on our own we decided it was time for an electrician. I called several electrical companies who claimed service 24hrs, Kaycee with Arco Electric was the only one who answered. He came out the same day and was able to figure out the problem within minutes. He didn't have the part needed on hand but was back out the very next morning with what needed replaced. While he was taking things apart, he found a few other issues that could have caused a fire as well so he was able to get those taken care of as well. He was absolutely fantastic to work with, was done in no time and considering the amount of repair needed, his services were extremely affordable. Fantastic customer service from a gentleman named Carl when it came time to pay the bill, we even got a bit of a laugh in. Thanks Guys!

Quick and efficient. We had a central AC system installed in our home and needed to have high voltage wiring run from the outside into our basement’s circuit breaker. They came the same day as the HVAC contractors and installed all the wiring in about a couple hours. The price was very reasonable too. Thanks Arco!

I highly recommend Arco Electric. We needed some electrical upgrades to our bakery which is in an old building. We were using extension cords to keep everything running and it still wasn’t enough to avoid trouble. Arco Electric came in and in a day had everything working well with new circuits everywhere we needed them. They made sure everything we needed done was addressed before leaving and wanted honest feedback about our satisfaction after the service.

John with Arco Electric is absolutely incredible to work with. We had four electricians out over the course of a week working on different projects, and not only was John the most responsive, he was by far the most professional, able to troubleshoot unusual problems, and the fastest at his work. Could not recommend more highly!

So a huge thank you to Casey ! My house caught on fire due to previous owners not doing the electrical wiring correct and he put the fire out with little damage. I still don’t know how he did it but I thank him so much for that! I recently was told by the company they are donating the work they did on my house and I’m in tears this company is AMAZING and cares about there clients! This will forever and always be the company I call for any electrical work .
