Had a great experience from start to finish renting the JD 310 backhoe from A1 rentals in Idaho Falls. We ended up renting the backhoe for a week and it was exactly the length of time we needed it for. I didn’t need to worry about transport as they offered delivery and pick up for a small fee. They had great customer service from Keith and Erik at the store, to the 2 different guys that dropped off and pick up the equipment. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and their prices were very competitive. I will be renting more equipment from them soon!

We rented a trencher to put in sprinklers from a competitor, and it worked horribly. After renting a trencher from A1 rentals, we found a big difference in the equipment ability. We were able to do three hours with the other trencher did in six hours. I think this company maintains their equipment very well. Their service is great. I was impressed and very pleased and highly recommend A1 rentals.

Super helpful and kind guys. Let us rent out a trencher half day and just to let them know to extend it. Seemed cheaper than our other rental for bigger equipment, it was also pleasant to talk to the in store guys and the individual in the garage. I'd recommend these guys for equipment, particularly the trenchers!

We appreciate the availability of the equipment. When we did have an issue with a piece missing from a drill, they took into consideration the time it took(not that much delay) to get our whole rental to the job. They adjusted the time we had rented the tool when they gave us the final invoice without me even having to ask. Very fair and honest business. That is one of many examples we have of A1 being a great company to work with.

This place is fantastic! I rented a floor sander. It worked perfectly and was cheaper than any other rental business in town. I was given complete instructions and even given a credit for the sand paper I didn't use. Thank you very much, I will be back!!
