Tony or Tory attitude was god awful, unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. After our phone call ended, I left with the same information I had from when I started dialing their number. Ive heard great things about Eagle Rock, but I most definitely need a different sales rep. Maybe Ashley

I am on the west coast and needed a small part from a niche manufacturer on the east coast, and I needed it in two days. The manufacturer could not meet that time frame but suggested I call Eagle Rock Specialties. All I can say is, "WOW". This was only a $6 part but Mike took my order, personally took the package to the post office to send Priority Mail, and the total including shipping was only $11. All this happened within about an hour after the manufacturer referred me to Eagle Rock, and Mike didn't ask for payment until AFTER he had already shipped the part. I'm 67 and I've done business with a lot of fine companies over the years but Eagle Rock set a new standard for service. I bought a $6 part and they treated me like I was buying $1 million a month from them. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give this business a 20.
