Mike and his crew are fantastic! Their work is of the highest quality and their promptness is unparalleled. They went the extra mile to make my house look exceptional! Idaho Paint Pro = Professional, prompt, affordable, dependable, skilled, high quality, and friendly.
I had a horrible experience with Idaho Paint Pro and I strongly recommend that you do not use them for painting services. I hired them to paint the walls and ceilings of three bedrooms including closets, but there was no trim painting required as it is natural pine. They did a horrible job painting. They did no repair work to the spots/dents in the drywall. They didn't finish painting the ceiling in one bedroom. They didn't finish painting a wall (left a huge 6 foot by 6 foot square with just prep paint) in one bedroom. Most horribly, they splattered paint all over my brand new carpet installed earlier that week (at a cost of $14,000) in all three bedrooms. Despite the fact that I reminded them multiple times to protect the carpet as it was brand new.
I also hired them to re-wallpaper two bathrooms and they didn't do that work. I guess this was the silver lining because clearly given their terrible work quality they would have botched the wallpaper installation as well .
They ran off one evening and wouldn't come back to the house to go through the work. We immediately figured out why we caught them rushing off given the terrible job they had done and that they had left the painting incomplete.
I have called them multiple times to get them to come fix their work and they won't take my call. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. Plus they ruined $14,000 worth of brand new carpet.

Mike painted our whole downstairs, including cabinets, and did an amazing job. The paint transformed our new home. He took the time to do everything right and still finished on time. I give Idaho Paint Pro my highest recommendation!

Mike was very responsive and easy to work with. I am an older lady and was acting on my own behave to complete my basement into a 3 bedroom. He and his crew were very courteous. Previously I did my own painting and am extremly picky. After close inspection, I could not find anything to complain about. Their lines were seamless and there were no areas of need for touch ups. I had 3 french doors with 12 pane windows and the seams were perfect. I would highly recommend Mike and his team.

Idaho PaintPro was one of a few recommendations from Sherwin-Williams Paints. Because we are new to area, we were not sure who to contact. We called IPP right off after seeing their reviews. We are so pleased that we did!! Mike James was very friendly, professional, and accommodating to our schedule. We highly recommend Mike and his team of painters. They not only did a great job painting our entire first floor of home, they matched a couple patchy areas in basement, and did a great job with clean up! You will not go wrong with this awesome paint group!

Supposed to do 2 coats of primer and 2-3 coats of paint. Only did 1 mixed coat of primer and paint, and then 1 coat of paint. Missed many spots and corners with the 1 coat of paint. One painter did 1 coat of paint on garage inside doors, and missed so much and said he would return for a 2nd coat. Never did. Mike wanted me to pay in full, prior to final touch up and walk thru, and I did, trusting he would do the final touch up like he said he would. I texted numerous times, reminding him of his verbal agreement to finish if I paid before completion, including photos of missed spots all over the house, and he ignores my texts for 3 weeks now. This is not professional paint work or business.

This company is FANTASTIC!! Mike was so personable and accomodating. Had my brick house painted in two days. His staff were polite, professional, and meticulous. I love my results! I am having him drywall and paint my basement family room. Highly recommend!!

2016/2017 my landlord asked me to finish the basement. I specialized in painting so I needed someone who could tape & texture along with box around the existing pipes. Mike did such a great job I thought I'd have him give me a bid on a house I was fixing up. Again his work was pristine and I felt the quality was above the rest. I would recommend Mike to close friends & family.

Mike and his crew painted my 1980s aluminum siding and covered patio. They used high quality materials and the result is a straight from the factory look. We continue to receive numerous compliments from around the neighborhood. Thank you Idaho PaintPro!
