Excellent customer service and the folks are always friendly.
Customer service ? the guy that called me to schedule my glass install had no patience and just wasn’t kind. A previous guy had called me to schedule. When they didn’t show up I called and then this guy told me he didn’t know what I was talking about and that they wouldn’t be installing that day and that the LADY who scheduled me was out for the week and he had no idea why she told me they would be installing that day. But it was a GUY that called me. When I told him that and he responded with “well I don’t know what to tell you then.” I was like uhhhh okay rude haha. Anyways I won’t be using them again. Good customer service gets my business.

Repeated calls in order to obtain an estimate. Have yet to receive one, even though the technician came out to assess our damage and was wonderful. Had a wonderful working relationship with them previously, so I’m disappointed and would hope that they would respond to my multiple calls.

Have been trying to get these folks to come give me an estimate for over a year. Had one of them come and measure for a big window, they lost the estimate. Made an appt for a remeasure, guy was late, so I just canceled. Going to take my business some place else. I made the remeasure appt. Over 2 weeks ago. Yikes.

Install was amazing. 5 stars because even though I had to call a few times to make sure things were scheduled or ordered, they took time during a business crisis of theirs to take care of me and my family in the middle of winter.

Not only did they help us get a perfect mirror for our basement bathroom but what really impressed me was how they dealt with my son. Yesterday he called to order two small mirrors for a project that he is working on. He wants to build a periscope and needed 2 2x2 mirrors. They were so kind to him and didn't charge him anything! He was so excited and came and told me immediately!
What a great establishment that helps the community in this way!

These are GREAT folks, kind and helpful. I'm just a homeowner that had a problem finding a part for a shower door, and they spent a great deal of time identifying the right part and ordering it for me.
When the part arrived, they called to notify of its arrival.
The part was reasonably priced, better than Lowe's and you just can't get that level of customer service from Lowe's!!!
Highly recommended!!

So prompt! One of last true businesses that cares about customer service and quality satisfaction! Arrived same day I called for measurements and a bid. Performed a quick fix for some windows that I thought needed fixing. Nope. The owner said they just need a bit of liquid silicone which he applied on the spot and free of charge. Such kindness and skill... I'll never use anyone else for any other glass needs!

They did a good job, price not bad, but customer service kind of lacking. Originally wanted them to come get my window, never got a call. So I took it to them, order came in week and half later, but they couldn't guarantee me someone to install it in my frame within a day. Finally coordinated a right now time, and got it done which took about an hour.
